Author Guidelines

Each journal features a set of individual author guidelines which give advice on the way to prepare your paper for submission.

We also provide here further detail on specific topics which may be valuable as you prepare your submission.

Types of Articles & Format:

Generally the Manuscripts are classified in to following groups based on the criteria noted below.The chosen classification will appear in the printed manuscript above the manuscript title.

1. Research Article:
Must follow all sections specified.
Outline of Introduction, Materials and Methods, Discussions, Results, Conclusions and References.
Data should be developed by the authors.
Paper should be written from the perspective of a researcher and not as a student.

2. Review Article:
The length of the review article should be the minimum that required describing the work clearly.
The title must be informative, short and include specific terms.
It has to represent that the text is a review article.
Abstract and keywords are must
In general includes a large number of references.

3. Editorial:
These types of articles are written by the Editorial board members, Associate Editors, or the Guest Editors invited on a variety of subjects of interest to the journal. This article is typically shorter than one page.

4. Case Reports:
These articles provide an original description of unreported report for a known disease or a new opinion of case which poses a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge

This type of articles does not follow the outline of introduction, Materials/Methods, Results/ Conclusion, References.
Our Journal welcomes Special Issues , a set of articles related to the similar themes or projects of broad interest. Typically 5-10 articles in each special issue.

6. Abstract:
The abstract should be informative and completely self-explanatory, briefly present the topic, state the scope of the experiments, indicate significant data, and point out major findings and conclusions.

The abstract should summarize the manuscript content in 300 words or less. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. The preferable format should accommodate a description of the study background, methods, results and conclusion. Following the abstract, a list of keywords (3-10) and abbreviations should be included.

7. Text:
Introduction: The introduction should set the tone of the paper by providing a clear statement of the study, the relevant literature on the study subject and the proposed approach or solution. The introduction should be general enough to attract a reader’s attention from a broad range of scientific disciplines.

Materials and Methods: This section should provide a complete overview of the design of the study. Detailed descriptions of materials or participants, comparisons, interventions and types of analysis should be mentioned. However, only new procedures should be described in detail; previously published procedures should be cited and important modifications of published procedures should be mentioned briefly. Capitalize trade names and include the manufacturer’s name and address.

8. Results:
The results section should provide complete details of the experiment that are required to support the conclusion of the study. The results should be written in the past tense when describing findings in the authors’ experiments. Previously published findings should be written in the present tense.

Results and discussion may be combined or in a separate section. Speculation and detailed interpretation of data should not be included in the results but should be put into the discussion section.

Article Publication Charges:
World Science Pub journals are open access; we do not charge the end-user when accessing a manuscript. Our journal allows all the researchers, scholars, and other scientific communities to view, download, or distribute an article in any medium. The costs of website maintenance and other services are recovered by charging a publication fee from the research sponsors or authors for each article that they publish. Authors who lack the funds to cover the publication fees may request a discount. Authors from developing and transitional countries are given priority in order to support their research interests

World Science Pub journals are an Open Access publisher and the standard charge for publishing is $800 payable on acceptance of each paper. However, a fee waiver may be possible in some circumstances. Please contact the editors for further information.

Authors who lack the funds to cover publication fees may request a discount. In order to keep publication charges as low as possible, fee discounts are not automatically given but must be approved on a case-by-case basis, and authors from developing and transitional countries are given priority.

When do I pay Article Publication Charges?
Article Publication Charges will have to be paid after the manuscript has been peer-reviewed and accepted for publication. The corresponding author will be responsible for arranging the payments.

Author Withdrawal Policy
From time to time, an author may wish to withdraw a manuscript after submitting it. Changing one’s mind is the author’s prerogative. And an author is free to withdraw an article at no charge – as long as it is withdrawn within 7 days of its initial submission.
